1. We are in the process of conducting research into the levels of education of people in various communities, including data of different classes, castes and gender. We will provide support and access to formal and vocational education in order to enhance their quality of life.

2. To increase the resource of skilled workers by providing relevant training and access to a vocational education.

3. Collate information through surveys and continue our research programme and have these results published.

4. Utilize the knowledge gained to design and implement measures to improve individual development.
